I'm a cookbook author, chef/innkeeper and Realtor with The Swan Agency Sotheby's International Realty and former innkeeper selling Maine Inns, Bed and Breakfasts and Recreational Camps. I'm a complete foodie, photo/food blogger, and love the ocean, Seinfeld, chocolate, crusty bread, wine, cheese and travel. I overuse the exclamation point, my glass is always half full and I have three mottoes: wine and cheese daily; everything in moderation; and wine and cheese daily!
